Bulfin Avenue Housing

The proposal put forward was for a short terrace facing onto Bulfin Road, with an access route adjacent and a communal car park behind. Pedestrian access to the individual units was across a shared open parkland, with all the new housing terrace aligned north south and the creation of a new vantage point / viewing platform at  the northern end. Mews style houses where fitted into the newly realigned laneway providing continued rear garden access to the houses from which the site was taken. The scheme envisaged a total of  42 housing units / 72 bed spaces  in a mix of one, two and three bed houses or apartments on the one acre site. The project currently awaits completion of land transfers.
