Proposal for a Pavilion

Proposal for a small changing pavilion serving the Soldiers & Sailors football playing field in Monkstown, Co. Dublin. DLRCC advised that they wished to set a precedent for a high architectural quality building set into the parklands. The building was required to provide a secure and robust free standing pavilion, which , insofar as possible  should be a vandal resistant and low maintenance building , easily cleaned, and user friendly. Additionally, the building should be designed so as to discourage people loitering around it or using it as a building to hide behind for anti- social activities.

This pavilion was a two team model prototype, anticipated to be replicated at other parks and playing fields within Dun Laoghaire Rathdown.
